Toyota rav4 not starting no crank.
With the description I am not sure if you are doing this or not. When the vehicle does not start the first time, do not turn the keys all the way to the "OFF" position, instead allow it to stay in the "Accessory" position. The reason for this is, every time the key is turned from the "Off" position the fuel pump will prime the lines.

I have cranks no start issue again, however it's only have the engine has been running and warmed up. There is no spark from the coil. The starter, battery and alternator check out fine. The spark plugs, distributor, cap, rotor, wires, and coil are all new and work when it starts cold.

Recently, lifting and lowering the pump allowed the engine to run. To me these symptoms point to rust in the fuel tank being a leading candidate for the cause of the problem here. 2010 Toyota RAV4 crank no start... car was driving fine the other day. Cranks strong, not a battery issue. I sprayed some starting fluid in the intake while cranking it over and it fired up and died which leads me to believe it's a fuel issue. The battery hardly ever gets full unless you are doing a lot of regenerative braking. The software decides when the engine should run and charge the battery if needed. It tries to keep the battery in a certain charge range but not full or too low. Going to assume this is a crank no start. Drive around for about 15 minutes. Shut engine off and then try to start engine, will not start. I do not know the RAV4 well enough to say definitively what the cause can be. However, with other vehicles, I have seen leaky fuel injectors cause this, or fuel regulator or even a weak fuel pump.
The ignition switch up to the relay is good. Jump the two big terminals for the relay, if it turns over, the relay is bad. Otherwise, wiring from relay to starter or starter itself is bad. Use test light check for power at small terminal on starter, if you have power there, starter is your problem.
