SGM Blown Bottle gets used a fair bit there and in The Circus. Sounds like SGM Piano 1 and SGM Strings are used in both songs too but I'm not sure of any of the other instruments. I thought it was the Touhou one. I might be wrong, but it's probably worth checking out, as Touhou was also used quite often in Undertale.Toby Fox has stated that the majority of Undertale's soundtrack was composed using reiterations of free soundfonts and synths.
