Gmc acadia not starting after getting gas.
Engine turns over but won't start. I have a 2008 GMC Acadia that has never ending problems. Right now it turns over but won't start. I smell gas so I took the coil off one cylinder and plugged in a spare plug to see if it would spark. Grounded the plug out and turned it over and saw no spark. Apparently the fuel pump module problem on the 2021 Acadia is quite common. I don't believe it is all that common an issue on the '21 Acadia. Yours is the only post I can find on this forum concerning a fuel pump module failure on the '21. A search of the NHTSA site for fuel pump module complaints turns up 4 complaints on the '21.
