A good general rule is put the strongest abilities early in the revo bar and weaker short cool down abilities on the back end so they go off less often. Generally just look at the tooltip and if the ability damage % is higher than another ability you want it earlier.There is a slightly expensive method apart from what the other gentleman suggested. It includes using a blood reaver with scrolls. Just ss + blood rever with scrolls (auto fire rate not sure) + prism of drowsing to heal the reaver. And use penance aura. you can pretty much only use 5 abilities with melee if you wear a shield so that bar you found is basically as good as its gonna get. protip: don't camp a shield with melee, if you want a shield either get a defender or use mage. It is a direct upgrade over the sgb in every way. It'll perform fine on revo especially if you can be bothered to activate the spec. Sgb spec is still worth using though as that is one of range's single strongest abilities. I'd use the bolg on revo with sgb spec in an eof if you want the most out of it without going to full manual.
