8 years ago. Was there Thursday. The road is still closed east of Amboy. Need to go up to I-40. A nice route is to take I-40 to Essex Road and head to Hole in the Wall. That part is paved.Then take Black Canyon Road to Cedar Canyon Road to re-join Kelso Cima Road. That part is dirt but super easy. Reply.
