If you just broke the tab off, go to a junk yard and find another one. The actual wiring diagrams don't tell physical locations in the vehicle, which is what i need to know. I belive that one of these packs has worked itself loose and is causing some problems.
If you have verified no power to the blower connector, check the Ign&HVAC relay. If that is okay, pull the right kick panel and down low in the opening look for a 22 pin connector (white or light gray). Check the condition of the pins.
