I love the red dot sight with the guns, but am also interested in using the iron sights so I can co-witness. Sadly, the OEM sights are too short and blocked by the red dot sight.

Yes, they are a bit taller and a bit wider. The SS rear is ~3.5mm +/- taller. The front is ~1.5 mm +/-. Of course SS area different shape due to the diamond shape. No issues using the same holster designed for the stock sights either. I've had them on a P229 and loved them, so I thought I'd try them on the P365.

The little manual says when roughly adjusting it for the first time, adjust the laser so it's just above the front sight at 30' (if I recall). Then, at the range, adjust it to the middle of shot grouping.
