The problem is whenever i open my save file in PKHex no pokemon appear and ...
Edit the file name to "SpSave_v2_1", make sure you don't have any save file in the second slot when you open the game. Run the game and you won't see the file. Start the game with the first playthrough and skip the cutscene until you get to the prison. Close the game and restart your computer.
