This mail count is supposed to be residual mail counted from the hot case or any mail not processed and brought to your case from the plant from what I'm understanding. All rural carriers should have received their Mini Mail Survey Summary for review. All carriers are encouraged to review their Mini Mail Survey for accuracy.Management doesn’t want to do the work. The regular would have to be the one complaining so much and (it shouldn’t be there job but it’s the only way it happens) the carrier would have to tell them what to cut.
