You can craft them in the sundered uplands bench (super expensive if you aren't in u11 already), or you just have to crystallize any 3* stellar empowered gems you have. Also, you can get Crystal Class Gems from both u8 and u9 Everdark Coliseums. 4.Weekly contests can give I think 14 Empowered gem boxes per week. 4 each from the 3 class contests, and the bottom 2 on the page which is world elites killed, and boxes opened this week.
