On June 16, 2023, our graduating ceremony will be held at the Epstein Family Amphitheater on the UC San Diego campus.The intimate ceremony is representative of African and African-American culture and culminates with a Kente Stole presentation. 2023 Ceremony. The 2023 Black Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday June 16, 2023 at 6pm at the LionTree Arena on campus. Black Graduation occurs prior to UC San Diego commencement ceremonies.The 2024 Black Graduation Ceremony will take place on Friday June 14, 2024 at 4pm at the LionTree Arena on campus.
