If you don't have enough racial points, just don't put points in the halfling tree at end game. The wiki includes plenty of information that would be in a player's handbook and is extremely useful in planning the progression of your character.It took DDO many years to get to this point, but finally the higher-level quests actually give more XP, so banking XP isn't optimal anymore (given that you can complete quests in reasonable time while underlevel). ... Wizard feels really strong for levelling and especially in low reaper endgame on hardcore. Warforged brings a lot of tank to this build and makes you feel very safe with reliable healing. The rune arm hits much harder than expected, and is very high uptime with maximum overdrive.
