Posting this here because this may help someone out. Here is an easy Sand Devil 24 farm duo team. Elenaril basically destroys him with the A1 and 3 HP burn tics go off before the Sand Devil wakes up. If you do not have a blessing for Cybelle or Elenaril, she and Elenaril need to be slightly faster.
