If challenge run save file is taking more than 1 hr then load ur previous save. You could also just leave both and come back and see the progress, happy, continue whichever save file you prefer. Ideally you can reach the boss needed to clear the challenge in 30mins and from there see how far the next boss for the next challenge is.
