I am completely serious. Is there a build in which Frenzy Leech could survive on higher difficulties? Leech has 414 health by default. Frenzy drops it to 124.2, but Partners in Crime aced brings it up to 161.46 with a hostage, if I did my math correctly. Leech build (first iteration, please build up on it) Shock and Awe Aced and/or Transporter basic over Dire Need Aced IMO. Fire Control Aced would be nice too, but usually not needed.
