When my X739 was delivered it showed flluid low on the dip stick. I added fluid to the proper level. After the first mowing there was no fluid on the dip stick. After again filling it to the proper level, it stayed at that level until the 50 hour service.I got the new hose on and topped it off with some trans-hydraulic fluid I got at Fleet Farm that says is made specifically for John Deere tractors. It's Farm Rated brand. The forward and reverse works better and the cylinders don't sweep out. But it chatters a lot. It's supposed to be a JD303 equivelant I think the bucket says.Description.
