Bloodhound's Fang mainly/betterly scales better with dexterity. Besides a quality Ash of War with a weapon, what weapons give good quality scaling for a STR/DEX build... most likely a Somber weapon? Yeah, hits the power of the fully charged serpent hunter skill (with the full range) at the speed of ghizas wheel. They're a wee bastard for using it. Truly maidenless behavior from the other player. You let him heal up and he resorts to exploits to win.If you have enough stats (with or without talismans great runes etc) go test with a running attack and remember the number for each try. Then do the same but for how many hits it takes to procc bleed (best done with a summoned duelist friend) I obviously don't have necessary items and levels to test this.
Suggestion: Make Ghiza's Wheel scale with Arcane. Or at least, be buffable. You'd think this weapon would be to goto Colossal for bleed builds, but there's better options. The best way to do that is to either walk in the front door or accept the invitation and teleport straight into it. When wielding Ghiza's wheel specifically, it's stuck at 161. Levelling STR shows R armament 1 greyed out, and DEX doesn't increase it at all.Very few normal enemies are left standing after that combo. It's probably the only weapon u can powerstance dual wield by just 2H it. Obviously like any collosal greatsword, u might get into a little trouble against fast attacking enemies but that's not really a Starscourge issue but a collosal greatsword in general weakness.
