Intake heater light.

Grid heater light comes on while driving. I know this topic has been discussed, but my issue is weird… so the grid heater light will come on when driving, typically around highway speeds. I know this is usually a sign of injector issues but I’ve had all the testing done and they all passed the tests. It is tuned with a smarty s06.The only way I can get it to start is by planting a 100W light bulb on the air intake heater housing for 1-2 hours. Obviously , the electric air intake heater is not working (despite the "glow plug" light on the dash lighting up for 10 seconds, which it does). The housing does NOT heat up. The check engine light is probably on because you unplugged the sensors on the intake when you removed it. The remote start is disabled any time the check engine light is on. The cycling is normal I think until the truck warms up.

Today I started the truck and the heater came on before start and then threw a check engine light. Took it to the dealer and they checked it out, and was the same code as before when the grid heater was replaced.
