The second order, which was my main order for a birthday dinner came a day late, and when I opened it, I could smell the seafood, and it was a warm smell. The lobster tails were thawed out along with the crab meat. My heart sunk, because seafood is not cheap. Their ordering process sucks. They charge ridiculous pricing for “overnight” delivery which is unnecessary for a company being within an hour away from the delivery location. The food arrives completely frozen. You cannot use it for at least 40 hours later than arrival. The customer service is horrendous.Then they will have someone reach out to you outside the group and befriend you. It gives credibility but they keep the pressure on you to invest more and more. Even the assistant will reach out personally and pressure for more input of money. It’s a very complex scam and looks real on the surface.
