Jake brake not working on high.

In ATS 1.38.0.117s 64bit after a few minutes of driving retarder and engine brake stop working. I can hear and see the retarder stick moving but the truck doesn't braking! During the travel in some cases everything go back to normal and after few minutes i have the same problem. I tested and combined all the trucks and all the transmissions.The exhaust brake has stopped working and the check engine light comes on. The codes all talk about something with the injectors not firing correctly. Any advice on what this could be. Like.
