I would recommend Rosh for EORs and Uworld for final PANCE review. Uworld has longer questions better for building time management compared to Rosh IMO. No matter which one you use, both are great study tools for PANCE alone or together! I liked having Uworld to get some fresh questions after using Rosh for all of clinical year.

Our school gives almost no weight to shelf, only need ~30th percentile on shelf with honors level clinical evals to get honors on the clerkship. Similarly, a perfect score on shelf cannot raise a high pass clinical evals to honors for the clerkship.They are pretty close. I was always within 1-2 pts from the prediction either way. For IM I scored higher than my prediction. I will suggest that you just switch to UWorld though. It is a better qbank and I did much better on the COMATs that I used UWorld on.
