After owning many 1st and 3rd gen SAA's, I finally bought a 2nd gen and wanted to share some thoughts on it. Its a early 1956 7 1/2" 45 that is in nice condition. Some holster wear and a faint turn line but the original owner said that it had only been shot 6 times. The 3 revolvers under observation are new one built in 2014 and two in 2021, they are all the same quality. 1. The hot blue finish is exceptionally fine in depth, luster and color. 2. The older 1st Gen/ 2nd Gen style black rubber grips are typically fit very well on 1900 to 1912 guns from my experience.
