Hawk helium stick mods.
I think my 1 Hawk Helium stick is around 21" and step space is about 18". I don't really use the top step much. When I get all the way on the top step and move the tether to max height I can't reach the stick. Staying on the bottom step to move my tether up is about the right height for me.

Not sure what to call this.FYI - If you use a Harken 150 or Schaffer 70-17 you will need at least 2.25" hardware to mount through a Hawk Helium stick. I measured and figured I had about 1/4" of threads with a 2" bolt but it didn't work out that way. That locking system is pretty smooth cause you don’t need a strap to keep them together. XOPs stack better than Heliums as well. The advantage for Heliums is they are a little lighter and they have double steps. I’d venture to say they are easier to sell if you don’t like them also.
