The last few days I have had painless, fluttering /twitching feelings in my lower abdomen / pelvis area - about 6 inches below belly button. I am on day 4 of my cycle and not pregnant. My cycle is normal in terms of pain, flow, etc. I have a known, very small cyst on my right ovary but my OGYN is aware and never expressed any concerns.
