That's where I get confused because the estimates I was given show LT versions of these tires as follows: LT265/70R17/10 121/118S FAL Wildpeak A/T3W is a 10ply Load range E. LT265/70R17/6 112/109S BFG All Terrain TA KO2 is a 6 ply Load Range C.Goodyear Duratrac creates more noise than KO2 due to its thick and wide pattern blocks. Not to mention, BF Goodrich KO2's tread offers more void area distribution. Narrower gaps and minor blocks mitigate the road noise considerably. On the contrary, Duratrac's noise reduction ability is pretty poor.…

The KO2 is a good deal quieter. Costco aired them up to 35 with nitrogen. I usually run mine higher. With 35 psi these are definitely firmer riding.
