So I wanna try out a build wtih this, but I know bleed/arcane has been up and down a LOT wiht various patches adn I just want some suggestions for starting off wtih such a build, general stat spread ect, I love the look/moveset from dabbling with it on other builds but I'd like to mainline it ...Even with dex and arc it still feels dinky to me. At Max upgrades, its DEX and ARC scaling are DEX C (72), ARC D (54), ~ 4:3 DEX/ARC distribution. You need to prioritize Dex for this build, and allocate the remaining stats for Arcane. Play a bit with the Respec mechanic to get the highest AR (Attack Rating).
