I counted one of the roads next to it, and it's at least 15 parking spaces long. It's also 10x6. You need 14 lines of 15 spaces to get to 210 spots, which I don't think quite works, but it'd easily fit in two floors under the footprint of the building.

Custom parking lots are not really "finally a thing" in CS2. They are possible with mods in CS2. Just like they were possible with mods in CS1. Haha Nothing really new here.
