A friend has a 2006 that had the same problem until I did the same fix for him. I hope my 2017 Canyon avoids this most irritating of rattles. I had the transmission shudder develop around 9,000 miles. So far 9.30@150. Interestingly enough raising the TCC Desired Slip seems to have cured my issue. For now anyway, time will tell.
