For reload recipe purposes, it is the same wad.

The only other way I can think of is if you don't mind a little jury rigging, take a gas seal similar to the SP 20 gas seal cut from another wad & build up the wad column with fiber filler wads & use the shot cup on top. Be careful to use the same type of gas seal as the data you go by. The fiber wad should not significantly change the pressure. B.

The F1 wads are out-of-print, so I haven't used them. In 7/8 loads Rem wads with Win case and vice versa works the best.
