Alpha builds are unstable and subject to change, but may offer the latest versionOmniCD doesn't put debuffs on the frames it simply tracks used cooldowns the only reason you're seeing the debuffs on the unit frames is because in test mode it also has to enable ElvUI unit frame test mode for you to see it, if you use default frames it will only show one frame no debuffs. If you want the ability to both use Shit/Alt and clicks to spells as well as the ability to actually target people -- Clique + Mouseover macros for healing spells is the combo I use. I primarily use Clique to setup decurse with shift+LC and things like IronBark or Lay on Hands with Shift+RC.
