Narcoberries are worth 7.5 torpor each, times five is 37.5 torpor compared to 40 from narcotics. Narcotics are very slightly more efficient, but the longer pause ...That's a lot of darts and a lot of narco and a lot of time to tame a bronto. Way more effort than the benefit is worth. Again, by the time you're in a position to do that, you should have farms going for crops and berries.
